Much has been written about the necessity of getting as many quality backlinks to your website as possible so that Google regards your website as having some 'authority'.
We have found that this is not so in South Africa. As long as the search terms are carefully thought out before the website development starts and the architecture of the website is search friendly it will percolate up Google to a top 20 position.
This process takes typically four months, after whic tiime, the nearby websites in Google can be analyzed and the search terms of your own website refined.
